Grant is in the JC Penney ad for this week...

Grant's second JC Penney ad is out today. It is a lot cuter than the first one and it looks like him. :) They shot this ad in February and I never saw what he was wearing or anything so it is fun for me to see it! We are getting to know a lot of the kids and parents now so it is fun to see those kids too. The little girl next to him is named Lauren and she is precious. Her mom is really nice too. Have a great Sunday and like before.... mail me the ad if you find it. :) Thanks!

    Way to Go PRESTON!

Preston was honored with an "Exceptional Student Award" from the Lewisville ISD superintendent! There were only 5 kids from his school chosen for the award. We are so proud of him and are so glad that he is doing so well in school. He is a GREAT kid!

Greyson's Very First Job Is now out

Greyson's first job was for the PEZ eyewear 2009 campaign. They have not realeased a lot of it yet but they have this teaser on their website. It was a great first job! They had a mattress on the floor and the kids just got to jump up and down and make faces! How great is that?

    Grant's First JC Penney's Ad

Grant's first ad for Penney's came out today. It is in the mailer and also will be in the newspaper on Friday. It is funny because it does not look like him that much. They combed out his curls and he looks like he is scratching his head BUT of course we think it is adorable! If you find one, please mail it to me. :)

    Grant has MUSCLES!

Neil put little balloons in Grant's PJ's and Grant took the opportunity to totally ham it up for the camera. The whole family was cracking up and he loved it!

    Happy Easter 2009!

    Happy EASTER 2009!
We had a lot of fun celebrating Easter this year. Grant went to Granbury with my sister and her family on Friday since Greyson had rehearsal for his musical. Grey was pretty bummed to miss out on some of the fun. Neil and I surprised him though and took him to play Laser Tag to help ease his pain. I did not have my camera but I can promise that we saw lots of great smiles from him. He loved it and I have to admit that it was really fun. Grant had a fun hunting eggs with his cousins at my parents club. We headed straight to granbury after Greyson's rehearsal. We got there just in time for confetti eggs and egg painting! The Easter bunny had to hide the eggs in the garage because of the rain but the kids still had a  wonderful time.

Take Us Out to the Ball Game.....

Last night we went to a Texas Ranger game with lots of our neighbors. The weather was perfect! The boys had a really good time. We sat in the outfield which was new to us but such a good idea. They have lots of activities for the kids to do and the fans are all laid back! I guess when you only pay five bucks for a seat, you expect a bunch of crazy kids to be in the way of the game. :) The kids started the wave and nominated Greyson to stand up and get everyone to stand up. He of course loved all the attention. I am not sure that any of us saw much of the game but we all ate a lot of junk and had fun! Thank you to the Davis family for getting all the tickets and for the invite! It was a big hit with the Moore family!

Greyson's Shoot for The American Heart Association

Greyson shot his first commercial yesterday. It was for The American Heart Association. He did a really good job and had a great time. It was a really long day but I think he and I both learned a lot.

The Oceans Alive and Greyson is Singing all about it!

Greyson had his 1st grade musical last week. He was so excited because he got to have the first line in the show. He did a wonderful job opening the show! The program was super cute. The PE, music, science and art teachers all worked together to create "The Ocean's Alive".

    Open House at Old Union

Old Union held their Open House last week. Greyson was really excited to show us some of the things he is working on and to show us around his school. He really loves school and it seems as though he is well loved by all his teachers. We received a lot of really great compliments about him. You could barely walk through the hallways with all the parents, grandparents, etc. It was fabulous to see all the support for the students and the school.

    Grant and His Buddies

Grant has started a new little sports skills class at The Little Gym. He loves it and the best part is that his two best friends are there to share his fun! They are working on basketball right now but they also incorporate gymnastics into the program. The boys love it but I have to say that they are a handful all together! The coach is EARNING HER MONEY  for that hour. Grant looks forward to Mondays though and always hates to leave "Wittle Gym".

    Spring Break Continued...

After we left Brownwood, we headed to Granbury for a couple of days. The kids had a ball as usual. We actually tried out the new "beach" in Granbury. IT WAS AWESOME! We will be going there a lot from now on. There were a ton of games played and lots of tickles from GaGa. The boys had a wonderful time and loved spending time with their cousins.

    Spring Break....

My sister and I took the kids to Brownwood over spring break. We were really excited to see my grandma who is in a care facility there. She suffers from alzheimers which is really tough. She has always been a huge part of my life and it is tough to see how the disease has affected her. She is still sweet and loving though and she still has a wonderful smile. The kids did a good job during their visit. She seemed intrigued by little Grant. He looks so much like my daddy.... The kids had fun at the roofing company. They explored the storage areas and rode on the dolley since the forklift was not working. We also met friends from Southlake at the park to play and swam in the hotel pool... It was fun to be back in the "wood" for a few days.

    Happy Birthday to Neil!

We don't take birthdays for granted around here.... especially Neil's. We love to celebrate so this year we are sad to have Neil in Florida on his birthday. The boys can't wait to have him home so we can all celebrate. Until then.... Happy Birthday Neil! See you soon!
